Capricious families are as standard a sitcom preface as any, so it feels fitting that "Fam" is astoundingly standard. CBS' new multi-camera parody presents recently connected with couple Clem (previous "The Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev) and Jay (Tone Bell), and afterward nearly as fast, Clem's surly stepsister Shannon (Odessa Adlon), who's broken into their flat in the wake of dropping out of secondary school.
